Pocket Con 2024: A Celebration of Creativity, Community, and Culture

This year, Pocket Con 2024 was nothing short of magical. It was a day overflowing with joy, energy, and creativity as we celebrated characters and creators of color at the Harold Washington Library. From the incredible lineup of artists and performers to our dedicated volunteers and supporters, this year’s event truly embodied the power of community.


A Heartfelt Thank You

First and foremost, we want to thank the Harold Washington Library staff for their unwavering support in hosting this event. To our incredible volunteers and the Pocket Con board members—your hard work, passion, and dedication brought this event to life, and we couldn’t have done it without you.


40+ Artists, One Unforgettable Space

Pocket Con 2024 featured over 40 talented artists and creators who shared their work and creativity with us. It was an honor to share space with so many brilliant voices, from comic book creators and illustrators to writers and makers. The energy they brought to this event was unmatched.


Show-Stopping Performances

The day was filled with electric live performances that kept the crowd moving and engaged:

These phenomenal artists brought their unique sounds, styles, and energy to the stage, leaving us all inspired and entertained.
